Description:

The Side Bend is more than just a flexy move—it’s a deep listening practice for your body.

It activates the powerful line running from your wrist to your waist, your ribs to your roots—the lateral line that helps you hear both what’s around you and what’s inside of you. Through its shape and strength, the side body gives you the ability to lean in, to respond, to feel, and to stand your ground with grace.

This is also an exercise to become more sovereign.
Because when your side body is strong, you don’t wobble with every external noise.
