This class was taught not from a studio, but from a hospital room—after hours spent holding space for someone I love deeply. It’s a session born from presence, quiet strength, and the choice to still show up for my body when life felt overwhelming.
We moved not to perform, but to stay connected—to ourselves, our breath, our purpose. This is Pilates as a practice of resilience, softness, and sacred energy flow. A reminder that the body is a vessel, and when we care for it with intention, it carries us through everything.
