Description:

The Spinal Lateral Flexion is a dynamic movement designed to stretch and strengthen the side of your body, particularly your spine, ribcage, and waistline. This movement not only enhances spinal flexibility and mobility but also opens up pathways in your body that are intricately connected to your inner ear and sense of balance. By practicing this exercise, you can deepen your ability to listen to your body’s subtle whispers, sharpening your inner hearing and connection to your needs.

Application:

Incorporate the Spinal Lateral Flexion exercise into your routine at least 1–3 times per week, or daily if possible, to unlock its holistic benefits.
