Description:

When your back feels stiff, your first instinct is probably to stretch your spine. But sometimes, your back isn't where the problem begins.

Your spine has a head at the top and a pelvis at the bottom—and that pelvis is its foundation. It carries the weight of your upper body while connecting your spine to your legs. If the hips and tissues surrounding that foundation become tight and restricted, your lower back often has to compensate.

That's exactly what the Stretch Series addresses.

By giving time and attention to the muscles surrounding your hips and pelvis, you create a more mobile, adaptable base from which your spine can move. Instead of repeatedly stretching where you feel the tension, you work with the connections that may be contributing to it.

Make this part of your weekly body maintenance doing this sequence once a week or at least once a month for your due-diligence : release the base before asking more from the spine.

Because the place where you feel the problem isn't always where it started.

A free spine needs an even freer foundation!
