Description:

The Hundred may be Pilates’ most iconic exercise—but Joseph Pilates didn’t begin his work with it simply to train your abs.

The Prep Hundred teaches you a much deeper connection: your legs don’t just begin at your hips. They connect into your breath, your center and the vitality you carry within you.

As you breathe and organize your deep abdominals, your legs learn to draw their support from your center rather than gripping at the hips. Breath invigorates the movement, your core supports it, and your legs become an extension of that internal energy—ready to carry you wherever life calls you to go.

This is why learning the Hundred well matters. It’s not about burning your abs or exhausting your legs. It’s about teaching your whole body to connect breath, center and movement.

Because your legs weren’t designed to be trapped in your hips. They were designed to remind you that you are alive and supported!
