Session 308
When your arms stop moving freely, your whole upper body pays the price.
The Arm Movements sequence—done lying on your back—reveals just how much tension builds in your shoulders, chest, and shoulder blades without you even noticing. When those structures get sticky, they stop gliding over your ribcage. And when that happens, tension travels—into your neck, down your spine, into your forearms and wrists—quietly restricting your posture and your breath.
This is where it changes.
By moving your arms with intention and support from the floor, you begin to unwind the entire upper-body chain. Your shoulder blades relearn how to glide, your ribs open, your clavicles soften, and space returns to your chest. As that space returns, your breath deepens, your heart feels lighter, and your body reorganizes itself without force.
It’s simple. It’s subtle. And it’s incredibly effective.
If your neck feels tight, your shoulders heavy, or your breath restricted, start here.
Because sometimes the fastest way to open your body… is to simply let your arms move again.
