Description:

When your body feels stiff, heavy or stuck, sometimes the answer isn’t another stretch. It’s rotation.

Knees Side to Side brings twisting back into your belly, pelvis and spine, gently mobilizing the tissues and joints that can become restricted through sitting, stress and repetitive movement.

As your legs travel from side to side, your pelvis rotates, your lower back responds, and your abdominal tissues alternately lengthen and engage. This rhythmic movement can help restore circulation and create a wonderful sense of space through the entire lower body.

Think of it as wringing tension out of your system—not by forcing anything, but by allowing movement to travel through you again.

Whenever your belly feels tight, your pelvis feels stuck, or your lower back and legs are asking for more freedom, come back to this simple rotation.

Because when the body gets stuck, sometimes you don’t need to push harder. You need to twist.
