I’ve put together a simple yet effective Pilates routine tailored to your current situation. This plan is short, soft, and sweet—designed to gently realign your spine, relieve tension, and restore balance so you can start feeling better right away. These movements will help you:
  • Move your spine, pelvis, shoulders, and neck in all directions—keeping your body open and fluid despite the long hours of sitting.
  • Improve alignment—especially since you’ve noticed an imbalance in your legs, which often stems from posture and core engagement.
  • Ease into movement without overload—allowing your body to adjust gradually, even on your busiest days.
You can choose one session that feels intuitively right for you or do a session every second day—whatever feels manageable for you in this high-intensity period. The key is consistency rather than intensity. Small steps will already bring noticeable relief.

A Promise to Your Body!

Tracy, please promise me one thing: never push through pain.

Pain is a message. It’s your body speaking to you. P.A.I.N. stands for “Pay Attention Insight Now.” And Pilates is not about ignoring that message—it’s about listening, adjusting, and responding with intelligence and care.

If you feel discomfort, slow down, soften, and make the movement smaller. If an exercise doesn’t feel right, skip it. We only do a few repetitions, so simply observe and join in when it feels good. The goal is not to silence your body but to hear what it’s telling you.

Just like in Tony Robbins’ triad—physiology, focus, and language—pain requires a shift in all three. Change your position, adjust your intention, and most importantly, shift your inner language from pushing to allowing and happening. Movement comes from within—it happens. And it comes from a place of caring, nurture, and openness. Not from a place of force, which hardens, contracts, and closes.

Always meet pain with kindness, because pain itself naturally contracts and traps us. If you fight against it, you reinforce that trap. But when you soften, when you listen, when you allow, you create space for transformation.

This is the subtlety, the true art of dealing with pain—not through the force of a warrior, but through the wisdom of the magician in you. The one who knows how to adapt and move with, rather than against, the body’s signals. Always remember that movement is happening For you not against you when you listen to the body‘s whispers.
