To get the most out of your training, I suggest two options:

Option 1 – The Full Plan:

1 strength routine (15–25 min)
1 mobility routine (15–25 min)
1 full-body workout (40–50 min)
That’s three strategic sessions per week to build and maintain strength, tone, and control.

Option 2 – Custom Plan:
Pick 1 to 3 strength routines per week from the app—core, spine, upper or lower body. Choose what your body needs. Follow the order or go freestyle.
Remember: we’re not adding pressure—we’re adding intention. You don’t need to hit it harder. You need to hit it smarter.
