Who’s Partnering With You

This challenge is guided by two women who work with bodies every day — not in theory, but in real life.
  • Iva Mazzoleni— Creator of the Groundness™ Method. She is known for helping people reconnect to real strength — the kind that holds you in life, not just in the studio. Her work is about: presence, alignment, nervous system stability, and embodied confidence.
  • Margot Hiller— Integrative Health Coach & Nutrition Expert helping people rebuild energy, balance, and weight through intuitive, sustainable lifestyle strategies
Together, they created this challenge as a living bridge between: movement, nervous system, food, and daily life.

This is a 33-day journey with your body.

Each day, you receive:
